Verify Enrollment Dates and Degrees

LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse as the agent for verification of most degrees and dates of attendance. Use the dropdown menus below to learn what is required for your specific needs.

Currently enrolled students can obtain an Enrollment Verification Certificate without contacting the Registrar's Office.

If you need to verify your enrollment for the deferment of student loans or for any other reason, you can obtain an enrollment verification certificate via National Student Clearinghouse using your LSUHSC New Orleans log-in credentials. Enrollment can only be verified after the 14th day of the term for which you are seeking verification.

Dentistry Advanced Education is verified depending on which credential was awarded.

  • If you were awarded a certificate, you must contact the Advanced Education Programs at the School of Dentistry New Orleans to verify your certification by calling 504-941-8113.
  • If you were awarded a master's degree, click the link to be taken to National Student Clearinghouse.

The Office of Graduate Medical Education handles residency and fellowship verifications for the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.
